School Project

We just finished our class project on the Information Technology Department of a company.  We presented in class on Thursday - and we are finishing the final touches on our paper this weekend.  Phew... Sigh of relief.

This blog is also really hard to try and figure out. I keep clicking the wrong button, and thinking that it is something else... I should really spend more time and try and figure this out...

School Updates

I am happy to say that I am all registered for the Fall 2011 school year.  It shall be quite a fun semester.  I will be taking Auditing, Tax, Accounting Information Systems, Advanced Finance, Federal Tax, and Speech. 

I am sad to say though, that I am also registered for summer classes this summer... I have to take Investments, and Money, Baking & Monetary Policy... BOOO :(

Lets Go Tribe!!!

Since my boyfriend has moved closer towards Cleveland, he has realized that we should really start going to Indians Games more often.  So when I saw ticket prices for this weekend, I told him we would be stupid if we didn't go.  We were able to get tickets ten rows right behind home plate.  They were awesome seats, and the tickets are only $25!!! Practically a steal.


We went to the game with one of my boyfriends friends from work.

It's that time!!!

Hard to believe but its coming down to the end of the semester.  I had my advising appointment today, and I am on-track to graduate next May!


Only downside... I have to take two summer classes this summer :(  And I will gradate 2 credit hours shy of reaching my 150 requirement to sit for the CPA exam.  Not I just need to find out when I will take those credit hours or how I am going to take those 2 credit hours...

So here is about me!

I am a Junior at Walsh University studying Accounting and Finance.  I am from a small town in Ohio.  I have two brothers and a sister.  And I have a boyfriend named Brett.  We have been together 2 1/2 years!!!!

For Christmas this year we surprised my parents and got family pictures done!!  Here is one of the pics for you to see!

First Post

So I have to make a blog, and write in it for my Information Systems class. And we are able to write about whatever we want. So i thought maybe I would write about my weekend, and Valentines Day. And maybe I will change my mind on the direction of this later on.

This weekend, my boyfriend Brett and I, and one of our friends went to the Home and Garden Show in Cleveland. I was so thrilled!!! I wanted to go for the sake of seeing the gardens, and this huge house that they set up inside the IX Center.  While Brett didn't really want to go at all. 

The big house was pretty sweet. It was over 3350 square feet, and was valued at over 1 million dollars.  Brett found this part actually quite cool. They had like a digital touchscreen remote on all of the walls in the house that controlled all of the music in house, lighting, and temperatures. 

Since Valentines Day was on Monday, and I had school Brett and I celebrated on Sunday.  We decided this year no gifts, but we will exchange cards.  We have a tradition that we always make chicken parm on our date nights.  But we have dinner with my family every Sunday.  So Brett decided he would just make chicken parm for my whole family.  And they loved it! It was quite delicious.  He has only ever made it for 2 people before, and he has never cooked a meal for 8 people before.  But it turned out AMAZING!!!

And afterwards, we exchanged cards.  Brett never sticks to his promises and got me a blanket and pillow.  I am constantly complaining how cold I am.

My roommate gave me an idea to do a quote of the day for my blog.  But I also have seen people on Facebook doing these 30 and 60 day photo challenge.  So we will see...
